Who is ITI?
ITI is part of Helix Global Limited who are leaders in both commercial design & construction modelling, residential design & construction and are industry champions of off-site manufacturing.
ITI grew from a need to provide high quality solutions reflecting home owners unique needs and lifestyle. This includes the design and off-site construction of Tiny Homes (off-grid and on-grid) and Transportable Pods.
Why ITI?
For over two decades, we have been involved in every aspect of design and construction in the national and international arena. Our initial team pioneered the adoption of 3D CAD in the late 1990’s leading to the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modelling). We utilise this commercial expertise and apply our skills to our residential construction projects here in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
We use world-class software and technology to design, manage and communicate our builds both internally and externally to our clients. This enables our clients certainty and flexibility. We provide integrated 3D models to aide your visualisation. Want virtual reality? We can do that too.
What makes ITI unique?
We have a 2,600+m² fully enclosed factory based in Christchurch.
We handle all design, development and construction in-house of our ITI range. Our qualified design team and LBP builders focus on detail & functionality.
We are big believers in investing in our future and train our own carpentry apprentices whom are overseen by our qualified builders and designers.
ITI Tiny Homes
We have custom orders of Tiny Homes and we continue to innovate and create to customers needs … We are happy to integrate your ideas.
Our ITI Tiny Homes are recognisable by their sleek, elegant interior and exterior design. Our trademark look conceals outside services where viable so nothing protrudes the exterior cladding. We are about minimalism, structure and beauty.
We design and develop from the ground up. We have our own HELIX lockable trailers rated to 3.5T, galvanized and powder coated. These are removable from your THOW with detachable draw bars which can be utilised as the base for decking for example.
Our Tiny homes are designed and built to meet or exceed the New Zealand Building Code.
We provide electrical, plumbing and gas certifications as well as record of works (ROW’s) from our qualified LBP designers & LBP builders.
ITI Lifestyle Pods
Recent events have forced us to re-think how we live and work. Whether you need a home-office, extra space for a growing family, emergency accommodation or a beautiful place to retreat and relax - ITI Lifestyle Spaces are transportable and relocatable. Starting with our ITI Kotahi Pod (3.4m x 3.0m - 10m2) to larger Lifestyle Spaces with plumbing and services. Whatever your needs, we can work with you to meet your unique lifestyle requirements.
Sustainability & Supply Network
We are conscious of the materials we use, using sustainable materials based on the composition and performance of them to suit the application required.. We support NZ sourced materials. All our buildings are designed to be high performing.
We value our suppliers, without them, we cannot create amazing Lifestyle Spaces. Suppliers are often overlooked as providing value to business. We have a nationwide network of suppliers whom not only source and provide materials, they assist us in providing advice in the products we develop for our builds and assist with compliance.
